Well maintained rooms. Discount parking rate for hotel guests. No weird smell from the hotel carpets. Good ventilation around the hotel. The executive lounge evening cocktail spread had a good variety of finger food that was delicious although for the alcoholic beverages it was a let down as they used cheap low grade wine (Wolf Blass) and had no Brut or Champange that day. Hotel WiFi signal was strong and no interruptions. The gym machines and equipment were in good condition. I also loved there were no children around so it was quiet and unchaotic.

Although free breakfast was offered to me I did not eat in the hotel as I had prior appointments. One light bulb in the ceiling was not working, and the piston/lifter in the chair at the desk appeared faulty as it kept sinking. Minor issues and I forgot to inform the front desk when I checked out. . Otherwise I had a pleasant stay. Staff from car valet, to security to the front office that I interacted with were very courteous and helpful.

I love that each and everyone of the hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Everyone greets you with honour and respect unlike other 5 stars hotels I've stayed. The room space was exceptional and very comfortable bedsheets with comforter. Oh.. and their Club Lounge was the main highlight of my stay. Beautiful scenery and the lounge was very peaceful to relax.

I have travelled all over the world and have lived in many hotels but Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel is the best hotel I can easily say. Spending 14 days in the hotel, I say very nice staff members and they always ready for help (keep calling me Professor Aamir), spacious room with nice and cute bathroom, excellent services, great breakfast, awesome club lounge with nice staff members, above all the location is amazing, five min walk from Asia Jaya LRT station that allows you to travel anywhere. I will, for sure, choose the same hotel next year inshaullah!

Room were clean , Check in and out very smooth , location is very good for person who don't like to be in noise area . But you can't go any where by walk. Breakfast was good.

The room was very nice alongwith the bathroom facilities and toiletries. Ample charging points for all gadgets. WiFi was very smooth.

Plenty of on-site parking. The rooms were comfortable, the bed especially, AC very strong. Quite a nice grand entrance and a few restaurants to choose from in the hotel itself

My room was spacious , clean , and beautifully furnished , with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay . The bed was particularly comfortable , and I slept soundly each night . One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Service Manager , Ammar . He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable , from providing recommendations for local restaurants , attractions , and activities . His professionalism , attention to detail , and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable ! The hotel's facilities are also top-notch , with a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool . I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant , which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes . Overall , I would highly recommend Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable hotel experience . The combination of excellent service , comfortable rooms , and great facilities make it a standout choice in the area ! ^_^
